Yes I have been buzzing since Saturday just as every other Michigan fan and Notre Dame hater has been but, Hey! Eastern Michigan is coming to town this weekend.

Just throwing it out there, they lost to Northwestern by 3 points. At this point I am not sure if NU sucks or EMU is just that good.

EMU had 320 total yards, 148 air, and 172 on the ground. Very close to what NU had.

EMU's D. Priest, RB 17 Rush, 127 yds 1 TD

Not freaking out, but hey, It would REALLY SUCK if Michigan was to bask in the glee of the ND win and not be 100% in this game. Here is the BOXSCORE from the NU and EMU game.

A Michigan win on Saturday against EMU would tie last seasons wins in TOTAL.

Hart becomes Michigan's career rushing leader in first quarter against Eastern Michigan

ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) -- Mike Hart became Michigan's career rushing leader Saturday against Eastern Michigan.

Hart needed 33 yards to break Anthony Thomas' record of 4,472 yards rushing. The senior surpassed the mark midway through the first quarter, fittingly with shifty moves that have helped him become the nation's active leader in yards rushing.

He started a drive from the Michigan 1 with a 20-yard run, then he later broke Thomas' record by making a defender miss in the backfield and picking up 14 yards.

Thomas, who plays for the Buffalo Bills, played for Michigan from 1997-2000.

*Mike Hart more then impressive in a much less then impressive Michigan win over EMU.

He (Hart) has 929 carries for 4,655 yards and 37 touchdowns on the ground for his career.
