Michigan Ranked 24th in Preseason Coaches Poll
U-M (The #6 ESPN most hated team) is the final Big Ten Conference team in the top-25 rankings, trailing No. 3 Ohio State, No. 12 Wisconsin, No. 19 Illinois and No. 22 Penn State. The Big Ten tied the Southeastern Conference and Big 12 for the most representatives in the top-25 poll.
Beating the Utes (not a gimme by any means) in the season opener would go a long way in keeping the gift ranking that the coaches bestowed upon Michigan this season.

Hi! I just came across your blog and I told my son about it. He is a HUGE Michigan fan! He's 14 and his fasination with Univ. of Michigan came around the time he turned 10.
